Creating safe senders in Mac OS X
You can nominate an email address as a safe sender by adding it to your Contacts list. Email from anyone in your contacts list is kept in your Inbox and not filtered to the Junk folder.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Highlight an email from the sender you trust.
3. CTL-Click to display the pop-up menu.
4. Highlight Sender.
5. Select Add to Contacts.
