Enterprise Architecture Services
Enterprise Architecture Services (EA) help the University of Newcastle achieve its strategic objectives by supporting decision-making in relation to the use of technology assets and resources.
This can be done through assistance with strategic planning, strengthening security or the enablement of digital innovation.
University of Newcastle Enterprise Architecture services are:
Support for corporate planning and strategic delivery by aligning technology, applications and business services to the University's strategic goals and priorities.
Documenting the current and future states of the enterprise architecture from the viewpoint of various stakeholders, producing views that assist business and IT stakeholders' planning and operational activities.
Solution Architecture Delivery Management
Defining, maintaining and enforcing the standards, patterns, methods and practices used when architecting solutions to ensure that architecture deliverables and artefacts are consistent and adhere to the EA framework.
Please contact the University’s Enterprise Architecture team at EA@newcastle.edu.au for advice or assistance with any of these services.
