Portable phone number & voicemail

Portable phone number & voicemail

If you have your profile set up on your networked desk phone, you can take your details with you.

Then, when you log in to any UoN networked phone, your name and number will be displayed, and your voicemail will be available. This is particularly useful if you work in a number of offices, visit other campuses or use 'hot desks'.

Don't have your profile set up? Simply make a request via the 17triplezero IT Service Desk. View a list of all the handset function options that are available through the Service Desk.

How to log in

  1. Press the Log in button (this is also the Log out button).
  2. Using the keypad, enter your UniID (eg. abc123). To do this, press the key listing the letter or number you want until it is highlighted in the display area. For example, the key sequence required to enter the UniID abc123 is 2, 22, 222, 1, 2222, 3.
  3. Press the down arrow and enter the PIN, which is your 5 digit extension number (eg. 54092).
  4. Press the Submit button and wait for the system to register your details. The screen may go blank for a few seconds before displaying your name and phone number.
