Discover is a new and innovative staff learning and development portal that provides access to a range of blended learning opportunities for staff and enables simple, self-directed learning.
Discover will replace the training component of HRonline, and makes it easier to find courses, check the training calendar for up-and-coming events, self-enrol and manage your own bookings, track and maintain your learning through your own record of learning.
Programs and courses range from Orientation for new staff, Health and Safety compliance training, Research Advantage and Teaching and Learning programs through to Leadership Development and HealthyUON. New content and courses will be constantly added to Discover so it’s encouraged that you visit the portal regularly to see what's new.
Managing your own professional development has never been easier! You don't even need to create a new username or password, simply access Discover using your computer/Uni-ID login details.
Registration for training courses and workshops through HRonline will be phased out over the coming months. In HRonline you will still manage employment details such as pay slips, leave and to apply for job opportunities, however all training and development will now be available in Discover.
