There are a number of meetings rooms, lecture theatres and other spaces available across our campuses and locations for staff use.
How to book
Many rooms can be booked by sending an email appointment to the room of your choice. To find a full list of rooms see the email address book in Outlook.
You can also use the web room booking system to book some spaces. Staff can use this system to search for a room based on the room capacity and technology provided.
As well as the spaces available for hire by the public, a number of our facilities at Newcastle campus can be hired by staff for conferences and events.
Academic staff can book video conferences, lecture capture recordings, or access Classroom Technology support (CTECH).
