The CTech Support team provides technical help, assistance and practical support for classroom technologies to faculties and schools. Call 49215579
IT Services provide technical support for video conferencing, computing hardware and systems within all University teaching spaces. All enquiries re hardware or equipment should be directed through the IT Services Portal or via 49217000
The Learning Design & Teaching Innovation (LDTI) unit, through its Classroom Technology team, provide in-time hotline support and assistance within the teaching spaces including support for lecture capture.
The CTech team provides a range of services to support teaching and learning across all campuses at the University of Newcastle. Technical help and practical support for teaching technologies across our learning environment is available to all academics, colleges and schools.

UONCapture automatically captures your lectures, however you will need to request any of your other classes to be recorded. Students access the recordings in Blackboard.
