To provide a voice for many and to ensure that the Council has the benefit of divergent views.
What do you look back on most fondly when it comes to your own education?
The simple message from a teacher who said 'you are enough'.
Biography
Jason Darney is a proud Wiradjuri man from the Central West of NSW and boasts an impressive profile working in education and government with significant long-term contributions to Aboriginal Education and Training. Jason is currently the Executive Director of TAFE NSW North Region.
Jason was educated at local schools and then went on to study at a regional University. He was the first in family to finish Year 12 and then University. He graduated as a teacher and then moved into government roles, and has worked in the VET sector since 1997.
