Virtual Reality Stress Management Training
Immerse yourself in our cutting-edge stress management training program that combines virtual reality with mindfulness practices, designed to help students and staff build practical skills to manage stress as well as challenging thoughts and emotions.

- Skills learned can be applied in situations such as placement, exams or presentations

Neurodivergent Peer to Peer Program
Our Neurodivergent Peer to Peer Program offers a supportive community where you can connect with fellow students who share similar experiences. Together, we'll work on staying on track with our academic goals while learning valuable strategies to manage procrastination, perfectionism and stress.
Sessions include:
- Time Management and organisation
- Understanding emotion
- Work / life balance and self-care
