Weekly THRIVE for Wellbeing - Callaghan
A sketch of a man watering himself
THRIVE for Wellbeing is a free weekly group for students wanting to improve their wellbeing or learn new ways to navigate challenges. Students have told us they have really enjoyed the art activities and learnt new skills that they have applied to their life and study.
Our experienced facilitators will introduce a topic and engage you in some creative art activities to promote new skills that you can apply in your own life to enhance wellbeing.
You will discover how to:
- Use mindfulness in practical, meaningful ways
- Apply practical skills to stop fighting internal struggles
- Set and achieve goals—even when discomfort shows up.
Benefits include:
- Improved wellbeing
- Improved focus
- Connection with fellow students.
