You want to do well at uni, but uni life can hit hard and stress and anxiety can get in the way.
The University Counselling Service offers all students a free, four-session Virtual Reality Stress Management Training program, shown to give you practical skills so you can manage the challenges of uni life with confidence, no matter what shows up.
At this session (Session 2 of 4), students will be completing Module 3 (Progressive Muscle Relaxation) and Module 4 (Grounding).
