Leadership Framework for managers
Our UON Leadership Framework provides a useful tool for managers. It can be used in:
- Recruitment and selection – to be able to clearly articulate UON's expectations around behaviour when recruiting future leaders.
- Professional development – to develop leadership capability and capacity.
- Performance Review and Development – as part of the PRD to provide feedback on behaviour, set goals and identify development areas.
- Promotion, career and succession planning – to identify and develop the capabilities required for future roles and to support evidence-based decisions.
