Online management systems
Ascender (formerly known as Alesco) is our staff management system. It stores information such as:
- staff personal and job details
- leave processing
- executive salary packaging
Staff with significant administrative roles may need access to Ascender. To request access to Ascender, please complete the Ascender Access Request Form. Access to Ascender is through a short cut on your computers start menu.

Managers can access statutory and ad hoc reports on the data stored in Alesco. To request a report please complete the request form (PDF, 1.07MB).
HRonline is a module of Ascender which provides secure access to data for staff and their supervisors. All current staff can access HRonline to manage their details, pay, timesheets and leave requests. Managers and supervisors use HRonline to approve leave requests and timesheets as well as New Hire appointments and extensions.
