Checking your Junk folder in Web app
Regularly check your junk folder for legitimate emails that have been filtered incorrectly.
The instructions below are for the UNify Outlook Web App.
1. Open your Outlook Web App from any browser.
2. Scroll down the mailbox column on the left.
3. Click on Junk Email folder
The email displayed has been automatically filtered to this folder by Microsoft's junk mail handler.
4. Review this list to identify any legitimate emails.
5. If you find email that you wish to keep, right click the item, then click the mark as not junk option.
6. The item will be moved to your Inbox.
7. You can also take this opportunity to highlight and delete any email you do not want to keep.
