Creating blocked senders in Mac OS X
You can force email from a particular sender to go directly to the junk folder by adding them to your block sender list.
1. Open Outlook.
2. Highlight the email from the sender you don't trust.
3. Click the Junk option on the Home tab.
4. Click the Block Sender option.
