Some of the most common issues for students are addressed in our workshops and activities where you can learn simple strategies to deal with these issues and get the most out of your studies. All workshops and webinars are run by experienced staff from our Counselling and Psychological Services team.

Support Group for Parents (2021)

Over four weeks students will get a chance to meet other students, as well as learn some practical strategies to juggle the demands of study and parenting. These interactive sessions will cover topics such as setting reasonable expectations for self, routines, self-care and self-compassion and communication.
