Register with AccessAbility
Registering with AccessAbility is an easy process. We do require an early notification so we can arrange the required adjustments to your studies, so be sure to register early!
How to register
There are two easy steps for registering:
Fill out the registration form
Access the online form or download the PDF form below.
Provide documentation
Medical Documentation You can provide medical documentation in one of two ways:
- Complete the Health Practitioner Form, or
- Submit existing documentation that outlines your disability or health condition.
- Upload it via the AccessAbility Registration Form
- Hand it in at the AccessAbility office (where to find us)
- Or share the Health Practitioner Form link directly with your health practitioner
