Female staff networking Women@UON is a professional development program for our female staff. It is an integral part of our overall equity strategy which is aimed at supporting women to achieve promotions and prepare for leadership roles. 

Women@UON values equality, inclusiveness, openness, flexibility, diversity, communication and cooperation.

We aim to:

  • identify and provide for the development needs of women at all levels
  • deliver training programs that support our strategic priorities
  • facilitate meetings and networking of women across UON
  • develop and implement strategies that will ensure we continue to meet the outcomes for women nominated by the Workplace Gender Equity Authority (WGEA), formerly the EOWA
