HRonline

HRonline is a module of Ascender, the University's payroll management system. It provides staff and managers with secure access to payroll-related functions, including timesheet submission and payslip viewing.

As a staff member, you can:

  • View payslips - Access current and historical payslips.
  • Submit timesheets - Enter and submit your work hours.
  • Request leave - Submit requests for Flex leave, Time Off in Lieu (TOIL), and Long Service Leave.

Note: To request Long Service Leave at half pay, submit this form Long Service Leave Application.

As a manager, you can:

  • Manage timesheets - Review, approve, or reject submitted timesheets.
  • Manage leave requests - Review, approve, or reject requests for Flex leave, Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) and Long Service Leave (LSL).
  • Submit timesheets - Enter and submit your work hours.
  • Request leave - Submit requests for Flex leave, Time Off in Lieu (TOIL), and Long Service Leave.

MyHR is the University's HR information system, providing managers and staff with secure, self-service access to manage personal details, leave and other employment-related activities.

As a staff member, you can:

  • View and update your personal information - Update contact details, home address, qualifications, bank and tax details.
  • View salary details.
  • Check leave balances - view current balances and project future leave availability.
  • Submit and track leave requests.
  • Manage probation and PRD/APP forms - View and update probation and performance review documentation.
  • Explore the organisational chart.
  • Submit a resignation.
  • And much more.

As a manager, you can:

  • View team details.
  • Access position and incumbent information - includes historical data.
  • Initiate reporting line changes.
  • View team leave in a centralised calendar.
  • Approve or reject leave requests.
  • Access essential workforce data reports.

Maximo

Maximo is used for a range of facilities management requests including:

  • maintenance
  • relocation
  • keys and access cards
  • cleaning

You should be able to log into Maximo once you have set up your Uni-ID and password.


17triplezero IT Service Portal

This IT service portal is used for logging of all IT requests. The portal can be used after hours, if your request is not urgent or if you don't have time to wait on the phone. For more information about logging IT requests see reporting issues and IT help.
