Hunter Wildfires
The University of Newcastle is proud to partner with the Hunter Wildfires Rugby Union Club.
For nearly five years we have taken pride in supporting the wonderful Hunter Wildfires club with access to our facilities, fields and services through NuSport.
This partnership also creates unique opportunities for our students to engage with Hunter Wildfires players and strengthen our ties within the community. By supporting a passionate team of inspiring players and members, we hope it will motivate our students and create lasting memories.
The University proudly supports the Hunter Wildfires players with their studies through our Sports Scholar Program. This program is designed to support high achieving athletes to fulfil their academic potential while also balancing their sporting commitments.
