Located on the shores of Lake Macquarie at Speers Point Park, the Living Smart Festival is the region’s largest sustainability event, connecting our local community with all aspects of sustainability, from environmental to cultural.

The festival program showcases a range of hands-on workshops, demonstrations and speakers, featuring some of Australia’s most prominent and innovative personalities in the field of environmental sustainability. The festival is host to an engaging line-up of local community organisations driving change, sustainable markets, as well as live music, theatre and art.

The Living Smart Festival is a free community event, supporting residents to make easy lifestyle changes to live more sustainably.
