Why feedback is important
A little effort. A LOT of impact.
- Learning how to deliver constructive feedback is a vital skill that will influence your experience at university but also something you will utilise when you enter the workforce. Do you want to be a boss? A CEO? An entrepreneur? Delivering useful feedback is a necessary skill to succeed in all areas post-study.
- Providing quality feedback helps future students by creating change and increasing the value of their degree. This will also benefit you when you enter the work force.
- Surveys provide you with a platform to voice your opinion. Is there a concern you had throughout your course but didn't know if anyone would listen? We will! Changes can't be made without your important feedback.
- Surveys are also a great place to acknowledge the hard work of the teachers that were well organised, made the time and had vast experiences in their field. Loved your course? Let us know!
- By sharing your experiences (good or bad) this can hep to encourage change. Results from previous feedback have changed courses, promoted teachers, improved amenities, influenced funding and resulted in better food and coffee! What change do you want to see?
