Numerous sporting and recreation facilities are available including a gym, swimming pool, squash courts, ovals and indoor sports courts.
We have over 22 sporting clubs catering for a range of interests.
We have bike racks available across Newcastle and Central Coast campuses to promote cycling.
Form teams with your friends or classmates to record your steps each day using a pedometer for 10 weeks. The aim is to achieve 10,000 steps each day.
We provide an online alcohol assessment tool providing feedback on your alcohol and drug use.
Make sure you set up your study spaces correctly to avoid muscle strain and overuse injuries.
