Subpoenas and Notices to Produce

The University General Counsel is the only staff member authorised to receive subpoenas for the production of University documents.  The subpoena should be addressed to the University General Counsel or The Proper Officer.

Please direct anyone serving a subpoena, or any subpoenas served by mail, to Legal and Compliance, Room CH235, The Chancellery, Callaghan campus.  Please also scan and email a copy of the covering letter and subpoena to legaloffice@newcastle.edu.au.
