About Teaching and Learning Committee
The Teaching and Learning Committee (TLC) is a subcommittee of the Academic Senate, chaired by the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Global).
The Committee provides oversight of teaching, learning and assessment across the University, and serves as the principal advisory body to the Academic Senate on all matters relating to educational quality, student learning and academic standards.
The Committee also supports the implementation of the University's Looking Ahead Strategic Plan, particularly the priorities and objectives articulated in the Education Plan.
