About PALS Board

The Pathways and Academic Learning Support Centre (PALS) Board is a subcommittee of the Academic Senate, chaired by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Engagement and Equity).

The Board provides oversight of academic activities within PALS and serves as the principal advisory body to the Academic Senate on matters relating to teaching, learning and research within the Pathways and Academic Learning Support Centre.

The Board plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the University's Looking Ahead Strategic Plan, particularly the priorities and objectives articulated in the Equity Plan.

The Board is supported by advisory subcommittees, including the PALS Teaching and Learning Committee and the PALS Progress and Appeals Committee.
