Video summary
There are two methods to updating asset statuses.
The first is via the Details screen of any asset. Simply select the new status and click save.
The second method is through the status information, located in the top right-hand of the interface. You can access this on any asset screen.
- At a glance: it provides information regarding the status of the asset.
- On hover: you can view a more detailed description.
- By clicking: you can see a more comprehensive visualisation of the asset status, which can be modified and updated.
There are a variety of status categories, which are outlined below.
- Published: Live, Up for review
- Draft: Safe editing, Safe editing pending approval, Safe edit approved to go live
- Unpublished: Under construction, Pending approval, Approved to go live
- Archived: Archived
