By accepting your accommodation offer you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined in the Occupancy Licence Agreement.
The Occupancy Agreement is comprised of the four documents below and is a legal contract between you and the University. Please ensure you read and understand these documents prior to acceptance of your contract. If you are unsure of any of the content please seek independent advice or contact us for further clarification.
