Hear first-hand why our inaugural Ma & Morley scholar, Phoebe, chose to apply and her experience as part of the scholarship program

Phoebe's association with Lions International, the world’s largest service organisation, has enabled her to expand her interest and experience in community development initiatives in Australia and internationally.

In 2017, Phoebe was one of the youngest members of the National Indigenous Youth Parliament – igniting her desire to participate in local political advocacy through the Lake Macquarie Youth Advisory Council.

With aspirations to be a change-maker within society through legal advocacy and community development, Phoebe is in her first year of a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws (Honours).
