Founded to honour the life-changing and enduring friendship between Chinese entrepreneur Jack Ma and Novocastrian Ken Morley, this first of its kind Program encourages students to connect, learn and reach for their passion in a space of shared values.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to their ancestors past and present and acknowledge Indigenous future leaders, and it is the hope of the Ma & Morley Scholarship Program that we can develop meaningful relationships and work with current generations to be part of creating a fairer and respectful Australia now and into the future.
At least one third of the scholars in the program are Indigenous and we are honoured to offer the tools and support to develop their leadership qualities and global opportunities so they can change the world.
