Anonymous online form

You can fill out an anonymous online form, which will go through to the Campus Care team.

Campus Care will triage your initial disclosure and direct it to Human Resource Services for further assessment and management.

Please note that anonymous reports do not collect contact details, which means the University may not be able to follow up with you directly.

However, your report can still help inform the University’s understanding of the prevalence and location of gender-based violence and sexual harm incidents.
