There are factors that can make a relationship healthy and enjoyable or unhealthy and possibly unsafe. Respect is the foundation for a healthy relationship. It is a commitment to communicating and acting with integrity.
In a healthy relationship, both partners are able to express their feelings and respect each other's needs and boundaries.
