Work Integrated Learning Hall of Fame Awards

The Work Integrated Learning Hall of Fame recognises an organisation’s contribution to the University of Newcastle. This includes professional preparation of our students past and present, and growing and strengthening the region in which our campuses are located.

Selection Criteria

The Work Integrated Learning Hall of Fame Awards are presented to Work Integrated Learning hosts who have significantly contributed to, and benefited from, participation in placement activities. Ideally, the recipients will be regional or regionally focused businesses. Recipients will be industry or community organisations that, for three or more years, have hosted students undertaking Work Integrated Learning as part of their studies.

Eligibility

Nomination is open to any Work Integrated Learning registered business, industry or community partners that are not already listed within our Hall of Fame.

For a nomination to be eligible a nominator must be a business/industry/community partner, University of Newcastle staff member or current student.

View our Nomination Guidelines and FAQs for more information on the nomination process.
