We understand that making a complaint can sometimes be a difficult process. This could be because of the sensitive nature of your complaint or understanding your rights and processes. A range of support options are available to you throughout the complaints process:

General Support Services

There are a range of support services available to students. You are encouraged to seek support from these services at any time during the complaints process if you need it. Details about support available to students can be found here.

Student Advocates

The Office of Student Advocates offer free and confidential assistance in navigating University processes, including this complaints process. Please go to their website for further information.

Support Persons

You can have a support person of your choice to assist you through the complaint process. They can communicate on your behalf or attend meetings with you. A support person could be a parent, guardian or friend.
