Support services
We understand that making a complaint can sometimes be a difficult process. For example, because of the sensitive nature of your complaint or the confusion around understanding your rights and the correct processes. A range of support options are available to you throughout the complaints process:
General support services
There are a range of support services available to staff. You are encouraged to seek support from these services at any time during the complaints process if you need it. Details about support available to staff can be found here. Alternatively, contact your HR Business Partner for further information.
Support persons
In addition, you can have a support person of your choice to assist you through the complaint process. They can communicate on your behalf or attend meetings with you. A support person could be a parent, guardian, friend or union representative.
