University Secretary
The University Secretary serves as the University’s most senior advisor on governance and associated administrative, compliance and regulatory matters.
Reporting to the Chancellor and accountable to the Council , the University Secretary ensures all governance matters are handled with the highest level of integrity and efficiency.
In this role, the University Secretary provides high level advice and strategic support to the Chancellor. They work closely with both the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor to maintain strong and productive relationships between the Council and the University’s senior management. Additionally, the University Secretary provides professional secretariat support services to facilitate effective governance.

Dianne has held the position of University Secretary since 2020.
