What you will study

This program offers students a comprehensive curriculum combining theoretical foundations with practical applications. You will study core concepts in data science, statistics, and machine learning. Gain hands-on experience through project-based learning and industry collaborations.

Students are required to complete a total of 160 units. This includes 70 units of core courses, 10 units from the statistics course list, and an 80-unit specialisation.

Specialisations

  • Computational Intelligence: For students interested in a more computer science-oriented specialisation within data science. Students focus on data mining and machine learning.
  • Health Data Analysis: Focus on medical statistics and biostatistics. This offers versatile data analysis skills applicable across diverse domains. This specialisation integrates foundational data science with health-specific subjects.
