Account activation error clarification

When using the NUaccess Account Activation Utility, you may receive the following error:

AA Error - 1

What does this mean?

Your account has already been activated. This could happen in the following instances:

  1. You are a returning student, affiliate or staff member. Your original UON User ID and password will still be applicable.
  2. You activated your UON IT account in a previous session.
