Combined staff consultative committee

This committee is not a formal committee established under the Enterprise Agreements. It was created to discuss any common issues for Academic, Professional and Teaching staff.  As such, this committee is not referred to in an Enterprise Agreement and does not have formal membership requirements.

Membership

The attendees for this committee generally consist of:

• Three nominees of the National Tertiary Education Union (NTEU):
  • a state office industrial officer and/or
  • a local office industrial officer
  • at least one staff member who is a NTEU representative

• Three nominees of the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU):
  • a state office industrial officer and/or
  • a local office industrial officer
  • at least one staff member who is a NTEU representative

• Three nominees of the University that generally consist of a combination of the following:
  • Director, People and Workforce Strategy
  • Associate Director, Employee Relations and HR Partnering
  • Senior Employee Relations Officer
