UoNline is the University's Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). 
The VLE is a collection of technologies used to provide online learning spaces, deliver online content and activities and facilitate online communication and collaboration to support teaching and learning at the University.

To access UoNline staff and students require a valid student number or Uni-ID and a password.

Blackboard

Web based system that provides online learning spaces where students engage and interact with online information, activities and people

Blackboard Mobile

Blackboard Mobile Learn is a free mobile application (app) that enables interactive access to Blackboard course sites via a compatible mobile device.

Online Course Manager

System that manages the full lifecycle of Blackboard course sites, from creation through to archive.


Echo360

System that provides audio-visual recording capabilities for recording live lectures or preparation of pre-recorded teaching material.


Echo360 Personal Capture

Desktop program to record audio, screen capture and webcam video for publishing to a Blackboard course site.

Respondus

Assessment management tool to create tests and surveys for direct publication to one or more Blackboard course sites (Windows only).


Turnitin

Text-matching program that gives students feedback on referencing in their written work.  Access to Turnitin is facilitated via Blackboard course sites.

Blackboard Collaborate
Real-time, multi-functional virtual classroom or web conferencing environment.
