The University of Newcastle Graduate's Certificate in Environmental and Business Management is geared toward the emerging requirement for sound environmental management as part of the overall business process. It includes a unique blend of environmental courses that focus on key principles of environmental management, sustainability and climate change, together with core business courses that will broaden your understanding of topics such as human resource management, corporate finance and project management.

Both our Environmental Legislation and Policy (ENVS6510) and Environmental Management (ENVS6530) courses have been awarded UNITAR-CIFAL certification. *

You will be considered for entry based on criteria such as your undergraduate studies and/or equivalent prior learning and/or relevant work experience.

Students with an AQF Level 7 Bachelor degree or an AQF Level 8 Bachelor Honours degree are eligible for admission to the program. In special circumstances, an applicant holding other acceptable academic or professional qualifications and relevant work experience may be admitted as a candidate for the program.
