Accessibility and inclusion
We are breaking down barriers so that we can access the talents of all our staff and students.
We want our staff and students to reach their full potential. We have made it our priority to remove the structural, attitudinal and environmental barriers which may stop a staff member or student with a disability from giving their best. We achieve this through the Accessibility Action Plan 2015-2020 (PDF, 374.36 KB).
The definition of ‘disability’ under the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 is broad and includes physical, intellectual, psychiatric, sensory, neurological and learning disabilities.
