Gosford Student Accommodation
Project overview
The University of Newcastle will deliver safe and affordable student accommodation on the Central Coast, easing housing pressures for students and supporting the revitalisation of the Gosford CBD.
This project will transform the former Central Coast Council Building into contemporary student accommodation with 127 student beds in single studio and cluster apartments.
The development will also incorporate integrated teaching and student support spaces, including facilities for the Wollotuka Institute and the University of Newcastle Student Association, as well as a flexible multipurpose space designed to accommodate teaching activities and events.
