Health Education Research Building
The Health Education Research Building brings key health disciplines under one roof. This development provides contemporary facilities for nursing and midwifery including simulation labs, a mix of teaching spaces, and communal student and staff areas, as well as the Office of the Pro Vice Chancellor for the College of Health, Medicine and Wellbeing.
Project timeline
- Mid 2023: Project initiation with EJE Architecture appointed as the Principal Design Consultant.
- Late 2023: Project concept design completed.
- Early 2024: Early Works Contractor tender and appointment.
- March-July 2024: Early Works Construction period.
- April-May 2024: Main Works Contractor tender out to market.
- Mid-2024: Main Works Contractor appointed.
- August 2024: DA approved.
- September 2024: Main works construction commenced.
- July 2025: Project complete and staff transition
