Central Coast Campus
The Central Coast Campus – Gosford Central will provide a state-of-the-art facility to enhance education pathways and add to the ongoing revitalisation of Gosford city’s CBD.
The new, world-class campus will be built at 299 Mann Street, Gosford, and with our Clinical School and Gosford Hospital nearby it will provide a new, safe place for students to study locally and build their skills without having to travel long distances.
The $67.3 million Central Coast Campus – Gosford Central will also be located close to TAFE NSW, government, business, public transport and amenities, creating a catalyst for development and investment to bring jobs closer to home for the people of the Central Coast.
The new campus is funded by the University of Newcastle ($31.3 million), the Australian Government ($18 million), and the NSW Government ($18 million) using land provided by the NSW Government's Hunter and Central Coast Development Corporation.
The project is on track for completion in the second half of 2025 and will be fully operational in 2026.
