As we gear up for the festive season and prepare for the New Year, here's a roundup of essential information to ensure a safe and seamless transition during this period:
Heightened Cyber Risks: Be aware of increased cyber threats and potential scams during the holiday period. Stay cautious and watchful for suspicious activities. Here’s some tips on how to stay safe online.
Network Access Confirmation: When you first come back on campus after the 17th of January, you may be prompted on your devices to confirm your identity before you can access the Uni network. It's a simple process, see our guide.
Enhance Protection with MFA: Don't forget to add to your cyber protection by opting into MFA. This will be mandatory for students starting 5th February, so get ahead and enable it now! Learn more about MFA and how to set it up here.
Service Desk Schedule: The Service Desk is taking a break, too!
- December 18th to 21st: 9am to 5pm
- December 22nd: 9am to 1pm
- Closed from December 23rd to January 7th
- From January 8th onwards: 8am to 5pm
- Regular hours of 8am to 6pm will resume when Semester One begins
