If you’re a current student, you can access the NUaccess Reset Forgotten Password utility here.

If you need to reset your password and it has been 90 days after you have completed or unenrolled from your UON studies, you can do so through the Office 365, Get back into your account utility. Prior to the 90 day grace period, you can still reset your password through the NUaccess Reset Forgotten Password utility.

I’M NO LONGER STUDYING AT UON – HOW DO I ACCESS MY NUMAIL?

As a University of Newcastle student you are given lifelong access to NUmail, our student email service, which is hosted by Microsoft’s Office 365.

90 days after you have completed or unenrolled from your UON studies you will no longer be able to access your NUmail account via myUON. You will only be able to access your NUmail via Office 365 in a web browser.

If you need to reset your password and it has been 90 days after you have completed or unenrolled from your UON studies, you can do so through the Office 365, Get back into your account utility. Prior to the 90 day grace period, you can still reset your password through the NUaccess Reset Forgotten Password utility.

STILL HAVING TROUBLE?

Please check if it’s a scheduled maintenance window that is causing your issue. The University’s computer network and systems undergo regular preventative maintenance to keep them in a healthy, working condition. This means the systems will be unavailable for a short time during maintenance periods.
