Locations

We have seven main site locations within our extensive NSW geographical footprint. Each of these main sites is equipped with offices, learning facilities and student accommodation.

You can choose to undertake their rural placements at one of our main placement sites, or within our NSW footprint more generally.

Armidale

Inverell

With beautiful weather all year round and lakes, national parks, wineries, fossicking, shopping, restaurants, cafes and so much more – you won't be bored living in Inverell.

Moree

This agricultural service town has an Art Deco flair and charming old-world ambiance. University of Newcastle students can access free student accommodation and travel assistance.

Port Macquarie

Students who undertake a rural placement in this stunning coastal town are often looking to mix study, travel and a relaxing beach lifestyle—all less than three hours’ drive from Newcastle.

Tamworth

Experience a relaxed country lifestyle within a close-knit community, with close access to world-class learning facilities at our Tamworth Education Centre (TEC).

Taree

Taree is located at the heart of the picturesque Manning Valley. The town is surrounded by pristine beaches, waterways and nature reserves.
