Apply for an undergraduate degree
If you're not coming straight from high school, you can apply for most programs through our Direct Entry Portal. This includes people with work experience, including military service.
The application takes about 10 minutes and is free. You can upload all your certified documents online.
Using Your Military Experience
If you're using your military background, make sure to have your ADO Service Record (long version) ready. You should also upload any other documents that show your skills or studies—like AQF Diplomas, university transcripts, or proof you meet subject requirements.
Upload these documents with your application to avoid delays. Files must be PDFs under 5MB.

Extra Support for ADF Families
If you're part of an ADF (Australian Defence Force) family, you might be able to get extra help when applying to university through the Educational Access Scheme (EAS).
This program is run by the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) and supports students who’ve faced challenges like moving often or having their schooling disrupted because of Defence life. It can help improve your chances of getting into university.
