NBN Television Archive
University of Newcastle staff and students can access the NBN Television Archive via the LINIUS Whizzard platform. This is a powerful tool which provides access to the NBN News content from 1982 to 1995, documenting the history of Newcastle and the Hunter region.
LINIUS Whizzard provides the ability to identify and share relevant moments by searching transcripts, on-screen texts, and by specific people featured in the footage, making it easy to explore the archive and find the information you need. The footage can also be accessed by the public on the University Special Collections Youtube channel.
