What you will study

This program is open to graduates with a background in food or related science fields. Engage in theoretical coursework and practical laboratory experiences, gaining essential hands-on skills.

Learn from Food Science researchers that have expertise, and actively work, in the areas of food and flavour chemistry, food processing and preservation, post-harvest technology, sensory analysis, consumer behaviour amongst others. They actively collaborate with researchers in Biological Sciences and Health Sciences.
